We offer a 30-day return or refund window from the date of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing. If you receive a damaged product, the wrong item, or an incomplete order, please contact us within 30 days and provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue along with your order number. Once verified, we will offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
If your order has not arrived or is significantly delayed, and tracking information shows no delivery confirmation or movement beyond the expected delivery timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund or a resend. In some cases, additional confirmation from the local courier or post office may be required before a resolution can be approved.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
Please note that returns or refunds are not accepted for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size or color selections made by the customer (when the item functions as described), or minor variations such as slight scratches, packaging damage, or colour differences that do not affect product usability. We are also not responsible for issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 1–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
